Established in August 2023, it is the designated operator of the Belt and Road New-Type Barter Trade Innovation and Development Center. It is also a Vice President Unit of the Barter Trade Branch of China General Chamber of Commerce, a verification unit for the national professional standards of Barter Specialists, and a member unit of the New-Type Barter Trade Joint Working Group of the Belt and Road Environmental Technology Exchange and Transfer Center (Shenzhen).

With the mission of "Exploring China's Solutions for International Barter and Promoting the Joint Development of International Barter", the Group actively explores a new barter trade model featuring the linkage of small commodity trade and bulk commodity trade, and commits itself to building a globally covered barter transaction network. Focusing on countries and regions along the Belt and Road, the Group has established a global supply chain service system by integrating overseas warehouses, advancing non-monetary settlement models, setting up more domestic trading centers and establishing overseas parks separately. It has built a sound domestic and cross-border barter system, and provides full-chain and integrated barter talent support, technological empowerment and financial supporting services for countries and regions along the Belt and Road.
